On Saturdays the surf club take to one of the local breaks for the day. Sign-ups take place earlier in the week; keep an eye on our Facebook page for up-to-date information.
We leave from Forum Hill at 9 am and head back at 4 pm so you get a full day out at the beach, who could complain about that?
Bring with you your surf gear, a towel, packed lunch, drinks, warm clothes and anything else for a good time...did somebody say beer? Yeah bring that!
Board and wetsuit rental along with surf lessons for all abilities are available on the day at a discounted rate thanks to our lovely rental companies.
Twice a year we head southwards for the the famous Newquay Weekenders; two days of surfing, two nights of partying!
A weekend filled with surfing, meeting new friends, exploring Newquay's hot spots and night life. We'll stay in a local hostel with breakfast provided and take you for some evening grub.
Lessons and board/wetsuit rental are also available throughout the weekend and feel free to bring your own gear as ever.
These trips are notoriously fun and a little bit wild so get on the Facebook page to keep well up-to-date. They are not to be missed!
The club heads to warmer waters three times a year, during Christmas, Easter and Summer breaks. We have some exciting destinations in the line up for this coming year with previous destinations including Portugal, France, Spain and Morocco.
The trips are epic and a great, cheap way to get a week of surfing in and to meet other club members. The trips are usually 25-30 people so you'll end up becoming a family whilst your out there and remaining friends for much longer!
